The challenge
MXYYC is a Singapore trading card store selling Japanese and English Pokémon and Riftbound singles. They needed one trusted place to sell cards, run auctions, and take payments safely, with prices that stay current across tens of thousands of cards and a fast way to get each new card from the shop counter onto the site.

What we built
- Marketplace with Buy Now, a cart, and Stripe Checkout, with items held while the buyer pays
- Live auctions and 24-hour offers, where buyers are charged only if their bid wins or their offer is accepted
- Email and SMS verification on every buyer before they can buy, make offers, or bid
- A full Pokémon and Riftbound card catalog with daily prices for cards on sale and up to a year of price history
- Card Intake: scanned cards are matched to the catalog, priced, and checked by staff before they go on sale
- Error tracking, uptime checks, and Discord alerts, plus SEO groundwork: structured data, sitemap, and redirects
What we ran
- Card-level SEO so each single ranks for searches like set name, card number, and grade
- Weekly auction announcements on Instagram, TikTok, and Discord
- Google Shopping campaign for high-value singles
- Abandoned-cart and outbid emails that bring buyers back
